Cloud captioning and translation use Pro minutes. On-device captioning is free and uses none.
See your minutes
Tap the rate (Free, x1 and so on) at the bottom of the conversation screen. Pro minutes consumption shows what you have left, what you have bought and used, and the rate right now.
How fast minutes are used
